试验旨在探讨日粮中添加有机复合微量元素对种公牛生产性能、血清生化指标及繁殖性能的影响.试验选取体重相近、生产性能良好、健康的24月龄西门塔尔种公牛20头,随机分为两组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加5 g/kg有机复合微量元素.预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组种公牛的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组种公牛的胸围显著增加(P<0.05),体高、十字部高、体斜长、腹围和管围差异不显著(P>0.05).饲喂有机复合微量元素可显著提高西门塔尔种公牛血清白蛋白含量(P<0.05),降低血清尿素氮含量(P<0.05),但对总蛋白、球蛋白和血糖的含量无显著影响(P>0.05).与对照组相比,试验组西门塔尔种公牛的睾丸围、精液密度、冻精活力和前向运动精子数显著提高(P<0.05),精液量、原精活力和畸形精子率差异不显著(P>0.05).研究表明,有机复合微量元素可促进西门塔尔种公牛生长,提高其对蛋白的利用率和精子质量.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with organic complex trace elements on the performance,serum biochemical indicators,and reproductive performance of bulls.Twenty 24-month-old healthy Simmental bulls with similar body weight and good performance were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 10 replicates per group and one bull per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 5 g/kg of organic complex trace elements.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the formal experimental period lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of bulls in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the heart girth of bulls in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),but no significant differences were observed in body height,withers height,body length,abdominal girth,and cannon bone circumference(P>0.05).Feeding organic composite trace elements significantly increased the serum albumin content(P<0.05)and decreased the serum urea nitrogen content(P<0.05)of Simmental bulls,but had no significant effects on the contents of total protein,globulin,and blood glucose(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the testicular circumference,semen density,frozen semen motility,and progressive sperm count of Simmental bulls in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).No significant differences were found in semen volume,fresh semen motility,or sperm abnormality rate(P>0.05).The study indicates that organic complex trace elements can promote the growth of Simmental bulls,improve their protein utilization,and enhance sperm quality.
