研究旨在评价3种商品化猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗体ELISA试剂盒的检测性能.选用PRRSV阴性、阳性血清各3份和临床血清样本409份,比较3种试剂盒的分析敏感性、批内重复性以及阴性、阳性符合率.结果显示,试剂盒C分析敏感性最高,试剂盒A和B基本一致;试剂盒A、B、C批内变异系数小于4%,均具有较好的重复性,其中试剂盒B的重复性最好,试剂盒C次之;试剂盒B、C的阳性符合率均为100.00%,试剂盒A的阳性符合率为98.08%,3种试剂盒的诊断敏感性为B=C>A;试剂盒A的阴性符合率为100.00%,试剂盒B、C分别为99.59%和97.22%,3种试剂盒的诊断特异性为A>B>C.研究表明,试剂盒B综合性能评价最高,重复性好,诊断敏感性和特异性高,是抗体检测的首选;若临床检测偏重敏感性,可选择分析敏感性和诊断敏感性更高的试剂盒C;若临床检测偏重特异性,可选择诊断特异性更高的试剂盒A.

This study aimed to evaluate the detection performance of three commercial porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)antibody ELISA kits.Three negative serum samples,three positive serum samples,and 409 clinical serum samples were selected to compare the analytical sensitivity,intra-batch repeatability,and negative and positive agreement rates of the three kits.The results showed that the analytical sensitivity of Kit C is the highest,and Kits A and B are basically the same.The intra-batch coefficient of variation for Kits A,B,and C was less than 4%,indicating good repeatability across all kits.Among them,Kit B demonstrated the best repeatability,followed by Kit C.The positive agreement rates for Kits B and C were both 100.00%,while that for Kit A was 98.08%.The diagnostic sensitivity of the three kits ranked as B=C>A.The negative agreement rate for Kit A was 100.00%,whereas those for Kits B and C were 99.59%and 97.22%,respectively.The diagnostic specificity ranked as A>B>C.The study indicates that Kit B achieved the highest overall performance evaluation,with excellent repeatability,high diagnostic sensitivity,and high diagnostic specificity,making it the preferred choice for antibody detection.If clinical testing prioritizes sensitivity,Kit C,which has higher analytical sensitivity and diagnostic sensitivity,may be selected.If clinical testing emphasizes specificity,Kit A,with higher diagnostic specificity,is recommended.
