试验旨在探究牛冻精生产中含卵黄冻精稀释液的微生物控制方法,以及冻精稀释液消毒对冻精性能的影响.试验以冻精稀释液中菌落数以及冷冻精液冻前、冻后的精子活力及冻后的精子畸形率为核心指标,设置巴氏消毒处理组与未处理组冻精稀释液进行对比分析.结果显示:未经消毒的含卵黄冻精稀释液菌落数均大于1 000 CFU/剂,而经巴氏消毒后的冻精稀释液中菌落数均为0,消毒效果极其显著;巴氏消毒处理冻精稀释液对冷冻精液冻前、冻后的精子活力及冻后精子畸形率均无明显影响.研究表明,巴氏消毒法可在牛冻精稀释液处理中推广应用.

This experiment aimed to investigate the microbial control methods for egg yolk-containing extenders used in cattle frozen semen production,as well as the effect of extender disinfection on semen performance.The study used the colony count in the frozen semen extenders,along with sperm motility before and after freezing and the sperm deformity rate after freezing,as key indicators.A comparative analysis was conducted between extenders subjected to pasteurization and untreated control groups.The results showed that the colony count in non-disinfected egg yolk-containing extenders exceeded 1 000 CFU/dose,whereas no colonies were detected in the pasteurized extenders,indicating an extremely significant disinfection effect.Pasteurization of the extenders had no significant impact on sperm motility before or after freezing,nor on the post-freezing sperm deformity rate.The study suggests that pasteurization can be widely applied in the processing of cattle frozen semen extenders.
