试验旨在研究五指毛桃不同部位补骨脂素含量的差异,以及使用微生物处理对其补骨脂素含量的影响.试验先考察了五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量测定方法,之后分别以地衣芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌等复合菌对五指毛桃根、茎、叶粉进行发酵处理,高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测不同处理五指毛桃各部位补骨脂素的含量.结果显示:五指毛桃不同部位的补骨脂素含量存在差异,含量由高至低依次为根、叶、茎;经微生物发酵处理后,补骨脂素含量有增加的趋势,其中地衣芽孢杆菌复合菌处理组(A组)根、茎、叶的补骨脂素含量均高于对照组,乳酸菌复合菌处理组(B组)根、叶部的补骨脂素含量高于对照组.研究表明,地衣芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌复合菌可促进五指毛桃中补骨脂素的释放,且地衣芽孢杆菌复合菌的效果优于乳酸菌复合菌.

The experiment aimed to investigate the differences in psoralen content among different parts of Ficus hirta,as well as the effect of microbial treatment on its psoralen content.The study first examined the method for determining psoralen content in Ficus hirta.Subsequently,composite bacterial cultures,including Bacillus licheniformis and lactic acid bacteria,were used to ferment powdered root,stem,and leaf samples of Ficus hirta.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was employed to detect the psoralen content in different treated parts of Ficus hirta.The results revealed variations in psoralen content across different plant parts,with the content decreasing in the order of roots,leaves,and stems.Following microbial fermentation,there was a trend toward increased psoralen content.Specifically,the psoralen levels in the roots,stems,and leaves of the Bacillus licheniformis composite treatment group(Group A)were higher than those in the control group.Similarly,the psoralen content in the roots and leaves of the lactic acid bacteria composite treatment group(Group B)was also elevated compared to the control.The study indicates that both Bacillus licheniformis and lactic acid bacteria composite agents can promote the release of psoralen from Ficus hirta,with the Bacillus licheniformis composite showing a more pronounced effect than the lactic acid bacteria composite.
