Research on optimization of drainage layout in Tongnan area of Taizhou City

泰州市通南地区一直采用自排体系,依托沿江涵闸趁潮排水.随着沿江区域经济社会迅速发展,对水安全保障能力提出了更高要求,而现状排水体系一方面标准不足,另一方面在应对极端气候上缺乏有效手段,特别是长江高潮顶托时排水受限.通过构建通南地区河网水动力模型,对比分析了不同工况河网水位变化情况,提出沿江建设4个闸站的排涝方案,进一步优化该区域排涝布局.

The Tongnan area of Taizhou City has traditionally relied on a gravity drainage system,utilizing sluices along the Yangtze River to discharge water during low tides.With the rapid economic and social development of the Yangtze River region,higher requirements have been placed on water safety assurance capabilities.However,the current drainage system has insufficient standards and a lack of effective measures to cope with extreme climates,particularly when drainage is restricted by high tide backwater from the Yangtze River.By constructing a hydrodynamic model of the river network in the Tongnan area and comparatively analyzing water level variations under different operating conditions,a drainage scheme involving the construction of 4 sluice-pump stations along the river has been proposed to further optimize the regional drainage layout.
