在全球气候变化与"双碳"目标背景下,水利行业节能降碳需求迫切.以任港闸站水泵改造项目为典型案例,系统分析了永磁直驱潜水轴流泵(以下简称"永磁泵")的核心技术特性及其在水利行业能效提升中的应用效果.研究表明,该技术通过高功率密度永磁同步电机、高效水力模型与低振动设计、变频直驱驱动系统、双重密封与智能监测系统四大核心技术创新,实现了系统效率大幅提升,单位提水电耗显著降低52.5%,在任港闸站案例中年节约成本达31万元.

In the context of global climate change and the"Dual Carbon"goals,there is an urgent need for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the water conservancy industry.Taking the Rengang Sluice Station pump renovation project as a typical case,the core technical characteristics of the permanent magnet direct drive submersible axial flow pump(hereinafter referred to as the"permanent magnet pump")and its application effects in energy efficiency improvement were systematically analyzed.The research results show that this technology features four core technological innovations:high power density permanent magnet synchronous motors,high efficiency hydraulic models with low vibration design,variable frequency direct-drive systems,and dual sealing with intelligent monitoring systems.The technology has achieved a significant improvement in system efficiency,reducing the unit power consumption for water lifting by 52.5%and resulting in annual cost savings of 310,000 yuan in the case of the Rengang Sluice Station.
