Review of Metaheuristic Algorithms Research
元启发式算法是启发式算法的改进,是解决复杂优化问题的有效工具.为方便研究者更系统地了解元启发式算法的研究现状和发展趋势,对元启发式算法进行综述.阐明了元启发式算法的本质并提出一个新的分类框架.与传统综述不同的是根据灵感来源不同将元启发式类型分为五类,并讨论了每类的灵感来源、应用场景以及优势,为算法选择提供方向;重点介绍了元启发式算法在组合优化、调度问题、机器学习与数据挖掘以及网络设计与路由四个主要领域的应用,阐述了在不同领域的新研究进展.最后,对元启发式算法进行总结,并展望未来的研究方向.
Meta-heuristic is an improvement of heuristics and an effective tool for solving complex optimization prob-lems.In order to facilitate researchers to understand the research status and development trend of meta-heuristic algo-rithms more systematically,the meta-heuristic algorithms are reviewed.Firstly,the essence of meta-heuristics is clarified and a new classification framework is proposed.Different from the traditional review,the types of meta-heuristics are divided into five categories according to different sources of inspiration,and the inspiration sources,application scenarios and advantages of each type are discussed,so as to provide a direction for algorithm selection.Then,the application of meta-heuristic algorithms in four main fields:combinatorial optimization,scheduling problems,machine learning and data mining,and network design and routing is emphatically introduced,and the new research progress in different fields is expounded.Finally,the meta-heuristic algorithm is summarized,and the future research direction is prospected.
