机器人辅助全髋关节置换术对假体植入精准度及康复效果的影响OA
Effect of robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty on prosthesis implantation accuracy and rehabilitation outcomes
目的:探究机器人辅助全髋关节置换术(RA-THA)对假体植入精准度及康复效果的影响.方法:选取2022年4月—2024年6月于空军军医大学第一附属医院行THA的90例患者实施前瞻性研究.按区组随机法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例.对照组实施传统THA,研究组实施RA-THA.比较两组术后相关指标、假体植入精准度、双下肢长度恢复情况及并发症发生情况.结果:研究组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05).研究组髋臼假体前倾角大于对照组,偏心距和双下肢长度差异小于对照组(P<0.05).研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:RA-THA效果良好,可有效提高假体植入精准度,优化双下肢长度平衡,降低并发症发生率.
Objective:To investigate the effect of robot-assisted total hip arthroplasty(RA-THA)on the accuracy of prosthesis implantation and postoperative rehabilitation outcomes.Methods:A prospective study was conducted involving 90 THA patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from April 2022 to June 2024.Participants were randomly divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45)using the block randomization.The control group underwent conventional THA,while the study group received RA-THA.Postoperative indicators,prosthesis implantation accuracy,recovery of lower limb length,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had a longer operative time than the control group(P<0.05).The study group showed a larger acetabular cup anteversion angle,smaller offset discrepancy,and reduced lower limb length discrepancy compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:RA-THA has favorable outcomes,which can effecctively improve the accuracy of prosthesis implantation,optimize lower limb length balance,and reduce complication rates.
