针对高比例风电接入引起的系统备用容量不足问题,提出了一种考虑线路灵活性承载度的储能备用容量多目标优化配置方法.首先,引入了线路灵活性承载度的概念,构建了储能备用容量多目标优化配置模型.其次,针对所构建的多目标优化模型,提出了一种改进规格化法平面约束法进行求解,避免了Pareto解集中包含局部支配解的情况.最后,在修改的 IEEE39 节点系统中进行算例分析,结果表明所提方法不仅可以有效缓解由高比例风电引起的备用不足问题,而且可以为系统备用留出足够的输送空间.

To address the problem of insufficient system reserve capacity caused by high wind farm penetration,a multi-objective optimal allocation method for energy storage reserve capacity considering line flexibility carrying capacity is proposed.First,the concept of line flexibility carrying capacity is introduced,and a multi-objective optimal model for energy storage reserve capacity allocation is constructed.Second,for solving the constructed multi-objective optimization model,an improved normalized normal constraint is proposed,which avoids the inclusion of locally dominated solutions in the Pareto solution set.Finally,case studies on the modified IEEE39-bus system show that the proposed method can not only effectively alleviate the reserve shortage problem caused by high wind power penetration,but also reserve sufficient transmission margin.
