载人飞艇被雷电击中时,为了避免雷电流对飞艇产生影响飞行安全的破坏,在载人飞艇设计时就需要考虑构建雷电防护通道,并在研制过程中对设计进行适航符合性验证.基于对载人飞艇雷电防护适航要求的设计和落实过程,研究AS700载人飞艇的雷电防护设计和适航符合性验证方法.首先根据飞艇的结构和材料构建雷电流通道,然后根据所建立的雷电流通道在飞艇的各种极限飞行姿态下进行雷电接闪仿真分析,确保雷电流通道合理且满足要求,最后梳理、选取关键设备/部件开展雷电适航符合性验证试验.结果表明:AS700载人飞艇的雷电防护设计符合适航要求,获得了型号合格证(TC证书).

Manned airship will be hit by lightning.In order to avoid lightning flow affect the airship flight safety dam-age,in the manned airship design need to consider building lightning protection channel,and during the develop-ment process,the design is validated for airworthiness compliance.Based on the design and implementation process of the lightning protection requirements,the lightning protection design and airworthiness compliance verification method of AS700 manned airship are studied.Firstly,the lightning circulation channel is constructed according to the structure and materials of the airship,and then the lightning circulation path is analyzed under the ultimate flight attitude of the airship,to ensure that the lightning circulation channel is reasonable and meet the requirements.Fi-nally,the key equipment/components are selected to carry out the lightning airworthiness compliance verification test.The results show that the lightning protection design of AS700 manned airship meets the airworthiness require-ments and has obtained the TC certificate.
