《肥胖症中国诊疗指南(2024版)》中医药治疗解读OA

Chinese Guidelines for the Clinical Management of Obesity(2024 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines),issued by the National Health Commission,adheres to the TCM concepts of"holistic view"and"syndrome differentiation-based treatment".It categorizes obesity into four main syndrome types:Spleen deficiency with Dampness obstruction,Stomach and Intestinal excess Heat,Liver Qi stagnation,and Spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency,providing corresponding therapeutic principles,treatment methods and pre-scription guidance for each.On this basis,the Guidelines establish a systematic intervention framework that includes diet,exercise,psy-chology,herbal medicine,and TCM external therapies,offering TCM guidance for individualized treatment of obesity patients.This paper focuses on interpreting and discussing the TCM treatment section of the Guidelines,aiming to enhance in-depth understanding of the Guidelines and promote the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment for obesity.
