核电设备地震易损度混合分析法的改进OA
Improvement on the Hybrid Method for Seismic Fragility of Nuclear Power Plant Equipment
本文介绍了核电厂设备地震易损度分析的混合法,分析了该方法在设备抗震能力和易损度评估过程中可能出现的误差,并介绍了国外近年来为纠正其偏差而提出的改进混合法.但国外文献对混合法及改进混合法的讨论往往局限在设备弹性抗力因子表达式为线性的简单情形.本文以某日用油箱的锚固螺栓剪拉破坏模式为例,针对相对复杂的非线性形式的弹性抗力因子表达式讨论了混合法和改进混合法的应用.通过与传统混合法的计算结果对比,本文得出了改进混合法在基本保持混合法简便易算优点的同时,可以更准确地估算设备的地震易损度的结论.
This paper introduces the hybrid method for computing the seismic fragility of equipment in nuclear power plants,and analyzes the potential errors in seismic capacity and fragility due to employing the hybrid method.It also presents the improved hybrid method which has been developed overseas in recent years to correct the biases.However,the discussions on the hybrid method and the improved hybrid method in foreign literature are almost limited to the simplified expression where the elastic strength factor is linear.Taking the shear-tension interaction failure mode of the critical anchor bolt of a daily fuel tank as an example,this paper discusses about the application of both methods in case of a relatively complicated situation that involves a nonlinear formulation of the elastic strength factor.In comparison with the results from the conventional hybrid method,this paper shows that the improved hybrid method can estimate the seismic fragility of equipment more accurately while maintaining the advantage of simple and easy calculations.
