小型堆设置有二次侧非能动余排(ASP)系统以应对全厂断电(SBO)事故.为研究小型堆ASP系统的运行特性,基于模化方法对已有ASP系统试验装置(ASPTF)进行了适应性改造.根据直流蒸汽发生器(HOTSG)的流动与传热特性进行了系统分析程序的修正并建立了ASPTF的计算模型.基于ASPTF的计算模型开展了不同因素对于ASP系统运行特性的影响研究.计算结果表明:补水箱投入方式影响ASP系统运行时的流量峰值与压力峰值,补水箱与换热器(HE)同时投入是较优的运行模式;调整管线阻力、阀门动作时间、HE管程水初始水装量对ASP系统运行特性影响较小;补水箱补水量影响ASP系统的运行稳定性.

Advanced Secondary Passive(ASP)heat removal system was designed to cope with Station Blackout(SBO)accident in small reactors.To investigate the operational characteristics of the ASP system in small reactors,an existing ASP Test Facility(ASPTF)was adaptively modified based on scaling criteria.The system analysis code was revised according to the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the Helical Once-Through Steam Generator(HOTSG),and a computational model for the ASPTF was established.Using this model,studies were conducted to examine the effects of various factors on ASP system performance.Calculation results indicate that the operation model of makeup water tank significantly influences flow rate peak and pressure peak during ASP operation,with simultaneous activation of the makeup water tank and Heat Exchanger(HE)proving to be the optimal operation mode.Adjustments in pipeline resistance,valve actuation time,and initial water inventory in the HE tube-side showed minimal impact on system characteristics.The water replenishment capacity of the makeup water tank critically affects the operational stability of the ASP system.
