核级接线箱DBA试验后螺栓断裂原因分析及处理OA
Analysis and Treatment of Bolt Fracture in Nuclear-Grade Junction Box Following DBA Test
针对某型号接线箱DBA试验后出现的螺栓断裂问题,基于断口样貌分析和腐蚀残留物检测对失效原因进行了分析,确定螺栓的断裂方式为沿晶脆性断裂,导致断裂的主要原因是DBA试验的喷淋液在高温高压环境下引起的腐蚀.根据失效根本原因,有针对性地制订了接线箱的设计改进方案,提出了一种经济、有效的补充鉴定方法.实践表明,所采取的设计改进可以有效消除接线箱存在的性能缺陷,实施的补充鉴定可以为接线箱的严酷环境适用性提供论据,且有助于合理控制鉴定成本.
Based on the analysis of fracture morphology and the detection of corrosion residue,the failure reason of the bolt in a junction box after Design Basis Accident(DBA)test was analyzed.It was determined that the fracture mode of the bolt was intergranular brittle fracture,and the main reason for the fracture was the intergranular corrosion caused by the spray liquid of DBA test under high temperature and high pressure environment.According to the root cause of the failure,the design improvement scheme of the junction box is formulated,and an economic and effective supplementary qualification method is put forward.The practice shows that the design improvement can effectively eliminate the performance defects of the junction box,while the supplementary qualification provides evidence for the applicability of the junction box in harsh en-vironment and facilitates reasonable control of qualification costs.
