复合固体推进剂装药行业面临高危环境下人工操作风险高、工艺精度控制难等瓶颈问题,亟需实现安全化、智能化的人机协同作业升级.遥操作技术结合了智能决策与机器人的高效执行能力,为上述难点提供了解决方案.本文通过梳理复合固体推进剂制造工艺与遥操作技术的融合研究,重点探讨了遥操作感知系统、执行系统、控制系统的技术特征,针对复合固体推进剂装药的高危险性及其高精度需求,分析了遥操作技术在典型复合固体推进剂装药工序中应用的可行性.尽管在极端工况适应性、人机信任构建等遥操作技术应用方面仍存在挑战,但随着智能传感、具身智能及通信技术的不断发展,遥操作技术必将成为推动火炸药制造业迈向"无人化、智能化、本质安全化"的核心驱动力.未来的研究应更加注重跨学科技术的深度融合,突破关键瓶颈,最终实现高危复杂环境下装药作业的革命性升级.

The composite solid propellant manufacturing industry faces bottlenecks such as high risks associated with manual operations in hazardous environments and difficulties in achieving precise process control.There is an urgent need to upgrade operations toward safer,intelligent human-machine collaboration.Teleoperation technology,which integrates intelligent decision-making with the efficient execution capabilities of robots,provides a solution to these challenges.This paper reviews the integration of solid propellant manufacturing processes with teleoperation technology,focusing on the technical characteristics of teleoperation perception,execution,and control systems.Addressing the high-risk,high-precision demands of composite solid propellant loading,this study analyzes the feasibility of applying teleoperation technology in typical solid propellant loading processes.Despite ongoing challenges in extreme operating conditions and the establishment of human-machine trust within teleoperation applications,advancements in intelligent sensing,embodied intelligence,and communication technologies will inevitably position teleoperation as the core driver propelling the pyrotechnic manufacturing industry toward unmanned,intelligent,and intrinsically safe operations.Future research should prioritize the deep integration of interdisciplinary technologies to overcome critical bottlenecks,ultimately achieving revolutionary upgrades in loading operations within high-risk,complex environments.
