为探究不同浓度6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对马铃薯叶片气孔特征、干物质分配和产量的影响,进而为有效利用外源激素促进马铃薯生产提供依据,以人工气候室内盆栽马铃薯品种'费乌瑞它'为材料,设置0(CK)、15、25、35 mg·L-1共4个6-BA浓度叶面喷施处理,在不同生长时期观测叶片气孔特征和植株生长、生理指标,成熟后收获统计干物质分配及产量构成指标.结果表明,与CK相比,马铃薯的各项指标在15 mg·L-1 6-BA处理下均得到提高和改善,其中,马铃薯叶片近轴面和远轴面的气孔密度分别显著增加27.36%和3.24%,叶片相对含水率和蒸腾速率分别提高6.32%和2.75%,干物质在块茎中的分配占比、单株产量、单株结薯数和块茎鲜质量分别提高9.33%、40.49%、20.09%和17.31%.相关性分析表明,马铃薯叶片近轴面和远轴面的气孔密度与单株结薯数显著正相关(P<0.05).综上,适宜浓度外源6-BA处理可显著增加马铃薯叶片气孔密度,提高干物质在块茎中的分配比例和块茎产量,15 mg·L-1浓度效果最佳.

The effects of different concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA)on leaf stomatal character-istics,dry matter distribution,and yield of potato were investigated to provide a basis for the effective use of exoge-nous hormones to promote potato production.The potted potato variety'Favorita'in an artificial climate chamber was used as material,and 0(CK),15,25 mg·L-1,and 35 mg·L-1 6-BA foliar spraying treatments were set up,respectively.Leaf stomatal characteristics,plant growth,and physiological indexes were observed at different growth stages.After harvest,dry matter distribution and yield formation factors were analyzed.The results showed that compared with CK,the indexes of potato were improved and promoted under 15 mg·L-1 6-BA treatment.A-mong them,the stomatal density of adaxial and abaxial surfaces of leaves increased significantly by 27.36%and 3.24%,respectively.The relative water content and transpiration rate of leaves increased by 6.32%and 2.75%,re-spectively.The distribution proportion of dry matter in tubers,yield per plant,number of tubers per plant,and the fresh mass of tubers increasred by 9.33%,40.49%,20.09%,and 17.31%,respectively.Correlation analysis indi-cated that the stomatal density of adaxial and abaxial surfaces of leaves was significantly positively correlated with the number of tubers per plant(P<0.05).In conclusion,a favorable concentration of exogenous 6-BA treatment could significantly increase the stomatal density of potato leaves,the proportion of dry matter in tubers,and tuber yield,and the optimal concentration was 15 mg·L-1.
