Comprehensive analysis of the adaptability and stability of water-soluble vitamin content in potato varieties(lines)

以2年3点种植的26份马铃薯品种(系)为供试材料,采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪(LC-MS)测定块茎抗坏血酸、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酰胺、烟酸、泛酸、吡哆醇、吡哆胺、生物素、叶酸10种水溶性维生素含量.通过联合方差分析和GGE双标图(genotype+genotype × environment interaction,GGE),揭示不同生态区水溶性维生素含量遗传差异及环境适应性和稳定性,并结合隶属函数法进行综合评价,筛选表现优异的马铃薯品种(系).结果表明:抗坏血酸、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酰胺、烟酸、吡哆醇、吡哆胺的基因型效应、环境效应、基因型×环境互作效应、年份×环境互作效应、基因型×年份×环境互作效应均达极显著水平.GGE双标图分析表明,C3在渭源和山丹试点适应性最优,H1在永昌试点适应性最优;C2、H1、G57抗坏血酸含量高且稳定;A7、H1、A4硫胺素含量高且稳定;H2、H7、G57核黄素含量高且稳定;G25、G23、C5烟酰胺含量高且稳定;G25、C7、G23烟酸含量高且稳定;H2、C4、C7泛酸含量高且稳定;G23、H6、A3吡哆醇含量高且稳定;H5、C3、H6吡哆胺含量高且稳定;G1、A5、G25生物素含量高且稳定;C3、A1、H3叶酸含量高且稳定.试点区分力强弱依次为渭源县2022年、永昌县2023年、山丹县2022年,以2022年和2023年的渭源试点代表性最强.结合GGE模型及隶属函数可以实现马铃薯品种(系)水溶性维生素含量的综合评价,且3个试点环境下'H0902'(H1)、'北方 002'(C3)、'H0933'(H3)、'CIP398180.612'(G23)和'Ivory russet'(A5)品种(系)各类型水溶性维生素含量综合表现最优.渭源试点为多环境条件下优异品种(系)筛选的理想环境,永昌和山丹试点更适于特定水溶性维生素含量品种(系)的筛选.

A total of 26 potato varieties cultivated over two years at three pilot sites were used as materials,and the content of ten water-soluble vitamins in potato tubers(ascorbic acid,thiamine,riboflavin,niacinamide,nicotinic acid,pantothenic acid,pyridoxine,pyridoxamine,biotin,and folic acid)was determined using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Through the combined variance analysis and GGE biplot(genotype+genotype × environment interaction,GGE),the genetic difference of water-soluble vitamin content and environ-mental adaptability and stability in different ecological regions was revealed,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by combining the membership function method to screen potato varieties(lines)with excellent perform-ance.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the genotype effect,environmental effect,genotype × environment interaction effect,year × environment interaction effect,and genotype × year × environment interaction effect in ascorbic acid,thiamine,riboflavin,nicotinamide,niacin,pyridoxine,and pyridoxamine content,respectively.The GGE biplot analysis indicated that C3 exhibited the highest adaptability in the pilot sites of Weiyuan and Shandan,while H1 performed the highest adaptability in the pilot site of Yongchang.The high and sta-ble vitamin level was identified in C2,H1,and G57 for ascorbic acid;A7,H1,and A4 for thiamine;H2,H7,and G57 for riboflavin;G25,G23,and C5 for nicotinamide;G25,C7,and G23 for nicotinic acid;H2,C4,and C7 for pantothenic acid;G23,H6,and A3 for pyridoxine;H5,C3,and H6 for pyridoxamine;G1,A5,and G25 for biotin;C3,A1,and H3 for folic acid.The discriminative ability of trial sites ranked as follows:Weiyuan in 2022,Yongchang in 2023,Shandan in 2022.Weiyuan had the strongest representativeness both in 2022 and 2023.The inte-gration of the GGE model and the membership function method facilitated a comprehensive evaluation of water-soluble vitamin content in potato cultivars(lines).'H0902'(H1),'Beifang NO.002'(C3),'H0933'(H3),'CIP398180.612'(G23),and'Ivory russet'(A5)showed the best overall performance under three environments.Weiyuan was i-dentified as the ideal site for screening excellent genotypes under multi-environment conditions,while Yongchang and Shandan were more suitable for selecting genotypes with specific water-soluble vitamins.
