为评估改扩建路堑高边坡施工安全风险,提出一种基于组合赋权-集对分析(CW-SPA)的综合评估模型.首先,研究基于行业指南,并紧密结合改扩建工程中"不中断交通"和"二次开挖"的实际特点,构建了一套包含 6 个一级指标和 14 个二级指标的针对性评估体系,该体系涵盖了边坡拓宽形式、开挖高度、交通负荷等关键风险因素.在此基础上,通过CW-SPA模型融合主客观权重以确定指标重要性,并计算其与风险等级的联系度.实践应用表明,本文模型评估结果为高风险,而传统指南方法仅为中等风险,凸显了本模型在识别改扩建特有风险方面的针对性与可靠性;进一步的敏感性分析表明,边坡开挖高度、地下水状况、降雨量及扩建形式是该工程的关键影响因子,为优化施工方案、有效控制风险提供了明确方向.

To scientifically assess the safety risks during the construction of renovated and expanded cutting high slopes,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method based on combined weigh-ting and set pair analysis(CW-SPA).This study first establishes a targeted evaluation system compri-sing 6 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators.This system is built upon existing industry guidelines while critically incorporating the distinctive features of expansion projects,namely"uninter-rupted traffic flow"and"secondary excavation."It thus encompasses key risk factors such as slope widening methods,excavation height,and traffic load capacity.The CW-SPA model synthesizes subjective and objective weights to determine indicator significance and computes their connection degrees with predefined risk grades.A case study reveals a critical divergence:the model assesses the risk as high,contrasting with the moderate risk identified by conventional guidelines.This discrepancy substantiates the model's superior relevance and reliability in capturing risks inherent to reconstruction and expansion scenarios.Furthermore,a sensitivity analysis pinpoints slope excavation height,ground-water conditions,rainfall intensity,and the expansion method as the pivotal influencing factors for the project.These findings provide crucial insights for optimizing construction plans and implementing effective risk control measures.
