车用三元锂电池的面外挤压响应特性仿真及失效分析OA

针对车用三元锂电池机械滥用条件下的内短路失效问题,采用实验与仿真相结合的方法,探究三元锂电池的面外挤压响应特性.首先,通过电池单体与内芯的准静态加载实验,结合实验现象与载荷-位移曲线分析电池失效过程.接着,采用参数优化方法确定关键失效参数,建立外壳-内芯耦合的三元锂电池有限元模型.仿真结果表明,所建立的模型能准确表征电池在挤压工况下的力学特性,短路失效位移与失效载荷的预测精度分别达到 92.8%和 96.4%.最后,通过对比分析不同挤压工况下的变形响应,探究受压工况与内短路失效的关联机制,为电池失效评估提供理论依据.

To investigate the internal short circuit failure of automotive ternary lithium-ion batteries under mechanical abuse,this study combines experimental and simulation methods to analyze out-of-plane compression response characteristics of batteries.Initially,quasi-static loading experiments were conducted on both batteries and jellyrolls,and failure process analyzed through experimental observa-tions and loading-displacement curves.Subsequently,key failure parameters were determined via parameter optimization,enabling the establishment of a finite element model coupling battery's shell and jellyroll.Results demonstrate that the proposed model accurately captures the mechanical behavior under compression,achieving prediction accuracies of 92.8%for short-circuit failure displacement and 96.4%for failure load.Furthermore,by comparing the deformation responses under different compres-sion conditions,the correlation between mechanical abuse and internal short circuit failure was revealed.The research provides theoretical basis for failure assessments of lithium-ion batteries.
