基于监督判别学习的图像抗噪语义通信机制OA
Image anti-noise semantic communication mechanism based on supervised discriminant learning
语义通信是指在通信过程中利用语义信息对通信内容进行理解、解释和处理的过程,相比于传统通信不仅提高了传输效率和可靠性,还大大缩短了信息交流与理解所需的时间.语义通信容易遭受语义噪声的威胁,导致系统性能下降,如何在语义通信过程中抵御噪声干扰是个难点问题.为了解决该问题,针对图像语义通信系统提出一种基于监督判别学习的语义抗噪通信机制.在数据集上的仿真结果表明,相比于基线算法,所提出的算法在语义噪声和物理信道噪声的干扰下均可以获得性能提升,同时保证模型的数据恢复和任务执行.
Semantic communication refers to the process of understanding,interpreting,and processing information by exploiting semantic meaning during communication.Compared with traditional communication paradigms,it not only improves transmission efficiency and reliability but also significantly reduces the time required for information exchange and comprehension.However,semantic communication systems are highly vulnerable to semantic noise,which can severely degrade system performance.Effectively mitigating noise interference during semantic communication remains a challenging problem.To address this issue,an image semantic communication mechanism based on supervised discriminative learning is proposed.Simulation results on benchmark datasets demonstrate that,compared with baseline algorithms,the proposed method achieves notable performance improvements under both semantic noise and physical channel noise,while simultane-ously ensuring accurate data reconstruction and reliable task execution.
