Optimal access point deployment strategy for ultra dense wireless communication networks

针对超密集无线通信网络干扰信号强、系统性能对网络拓扑敏感的特点,提出一种基于随机梯度上升的最优接入点部署方案.在用户空间分布具体表达式未知的情况下,将采样用户在不同时刻的位置作为接入点的部署依据,引入RMSProp算法提高算法的收敛性能.仿真结果表明,相比已有的均匀部署方案以及K-means部署方案,所提出方案可对系统进行有效的干扰管理,特别是在用户聚集程度高的场景下,能极大提高系统的长时平均数据率.

This paper proposes an optimal access point(AP)deployment scheme based on stochastic gradient ascent to address the strong interference signals and high sensitivity of system performance to network topology in ultra-dense wireless communication networks.The deployment strategy for the APs is determined by sampling user positions at different time instances,which is particularly effective when the explicit analytical expression of the user spatial distribution is unavailable.Furthermore,the proposed method incorporates the root mean square propagation(RMSProp)algorithm,markedly enhancing the convergence performance of the deployment process.Simulation results demonstrate it achieves effective interference management and substantially improves the long-term average data rate of the system compared with both the uniform deployment scheme and the K-means clustering deployment scheme.The performance gains are particularly noticeable in scenarios with highly clustered users.
