基于无源无线的螺栓松动监测智能垫圈OA
Passive Wireless Technology Based Smart Washer for Bolt Loosening Monitoring
铁路基础设施涉及大量螺栓连接结构,螺栓连接预紧力不足导致螺栓松动,往往会引发事故.因此,螺栓预紧力的监测成为铁路安全运营的重要保证.传统检测方法存在不可靠,检测设备庞大等问题,无源无线测量系统提供了解决思路,但周围金属环境会对通信效果造成不可忽视的影响.针对金属涡流效应问题,提出了一种新的"三叶草"型智能垫圈.通过设计新型"三叶草"天线与垫圈结构,减小涡流效应,提高通信品质.针对该方案进行了充分的原型设计、仿真和实验验证,与相同条件下传统天线垫圈组合相比,感应距离增强 60%,稳定通信距离增强 75%,实验结果验证了新型的"三叶草"智能垫圈能产生较强的空间磁场,受到金属垫圈影响小,可以增强通信效果.
Railway infrastructure involves a large number of bolted structures,and the loosening of bolts due to insufficient bolt preload often leads to accidents.Therefore,the monitoring of bolt preload becomes an important guarantee for the safe operation of the railway.The traditional detection methods are unreliable and the detection equipment is huge.The passive wireless measurement system provides a solution idea,but the surrounding metal environment will have a non-negligible effect on the communication effect.A new"clover"type smart washer is proposed to address the problem of metal eddy current effect.By designing a new"clover"antenna and washer structure,the eddy current effect can be reduced and the communication quality can be improved.For the scheme,the full prototyping,simulation,and experimental verification are carried out.Compared with the same conditions of the traditional antenna washer combina-tion,the induction distance is enhanced by 60%,the stable communication distance is enhanced by 75%,and the experimental results verify that the new"clover"smart washer can produce a strong spatial magnetic field,and is less affected by the metal washer,which can enhance the communication effect.
