培养料及菌种用量对华北地区大球盖菇产量和品质的影响OA

Effects of the Quantities of Culture Medium and Strain on the Yield and Quality of Stropharia rugosoannulata in North China

以大球盖菇为试材,采用露地栽培试验的方法,研究了 5 000、7 500、10000 kg·(667m2)-1培养料用量及100、200、300 kg·(667m2)-1菌种用量对大球盖菇产量和品质的影响机制,以期为华北地区大球盖菇产量和品质提升提供参考依据.结果表明:与其他处理相比,7 500 kg·(667m2)-1培养料用量下200、300 kg·(667m2)-1菌种用量处理均能够显著提高产量和生物学效率,其中产量增长39.4%~185.7%和43.3%~193.8%,生物学效率提升 1.39~3.57 倍和 1.43~3.68 倍;除 10 000 kg·(667m2)-1 培养料用量和300 kg·(667m2)-1菌种用量处理之外,7 500 kg·(667m2)-1培养料用量下200、300 kg·(667m2)-1菌种用量处理子实体粗蛋白和粗纤维含量显著高于其他处理,其中粗蛋白含量提升20.9%~44.6%和16.8%~39.7%,粗纤维含量提升15.3%~36.5%和12.8%~33.6%.通过双因素方差分析及结构方程模型分析发现,培养料及菌种用量均会显著影响产量,且菌种用量还会显著影响子实体粗蛋白和粗纤维含量,影响效应主要是通过直接或间接调控培养料湿度、C/N和木质纤维素而实现的.

Taking Stropharia rugosoannulata(S.rugosoannulata)as the experimental material,the effects in yield and quality of mechanisms by which substrate application rates(5 000,7 500,10 000 kg·(667m2)-1)and inoculum rates(100,200,and 300 kg·(667m2)-1)were studied,and the influencing mechanisms were also investigated,in order to provide reference for enhancing the yield and quality of S.rugosoannulata in North China.The results showed that compared to other treatments,both the strain application rates of 200 and 300 kg·(667m2)-1 under a culture medium application rate of 7 500 kg·(667m2)-1 significantly enhanced the yield and biological efficiency of S.rugosoannulata.Specifically,the yield increased by 39.4%to 185.7%and 43.3%to 193.8%,while the biological efficiency improved by 1.39 to 3.57 times and 1.43 to 3.68 times,respectively.The two treatments exhibited significantly higher contents of crude protein and crude fiber in the fruit bodies compared to other treatments,except for the treatment with the culture medium rate of 10 000 kg·(667m2)-1 and the strain rate of 300 kg·(667m2)-1.Specifically,the crude protein content increased by 20.9%to 44.6%and 16.8%to 39.7%,while the crude fiber content rose by 15.3%to 36.5%and 12.8%to 33.6%,respectively.The findings from the analyses of two-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling indicate that both the quantities of culture medium and strain significantly influence yield.Additionally,the quantity of strain exerts a notable impact on the crude protein and crude fiber content of the fruit bodies.This effect was primarily mediated through direct or indirect regulation of substrate moisture content,C/N ratio,and lignocellulose composition.
