黑龙江省籽用南瓜种质资源的评价与筛选OA
Evaluation and Selection of Seed-used Pumpkin Germplasm in Heilongjiang Province
以94份黑龙江省籽用南瓜种质资源为试材,采用多样性分析、相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析的方法,结合表型性状进行鉴定评价,研究了这些材料的种质特性,以期筛选出优异的籽用南瓜种质资源,为籽用南瓜的亲本选配、品种改良和种质创新提供参考依据.结果表明:这些种质资源6个表型性状的变异系数在0.225%~0.596%,单瓜籽粒数的变异系数最大,蔓长短的变异系数最小;相关分析结果显示6个表型性状大多呈极显著或显著相关;主成分分析得到2个主成分,累计贡献率为61.380%,代表了瓜和籽粒相关性状的主要因素;聚类分析将所有材料分为2个类群,除籽粒大小性状外,类群Ⅰ中所鉴定的5个表型性状数值均低于类群Ⅱ;最终筛选出7份表现优异的籽用南瓜种质资源.
Taking 94 seed-used pumpkin germplasm resources from Heilongjiang Province as the test materials,identification and evaluation were used through diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis,combined with phenotypic traits,the germplasm characteristics of these materials were investigated,to screen out excellent seed-used pumpkin germplasm resources,in order to provide reference for parental selection,variety improvement,and germplasm innovation in seed-used pumpkin.The results showed that the coefficient of variation for the six phenotypic traits of these germplasm resources ranged from 0.225%to 0.596%,with the number of seeds per fruit having the largest coefficient of variation and vine length having the smallest.Correlation analysis revealed that most of the six phenotypic traits exhibited highly significant or significant correlations.Principal component analysis extracted two principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 61.380%,representing the main factors related to fruit and seed traits.Cluster analysis divided all materials into two groups,and except for seed size,the values of the five other phenotypic traits identified in Group Ⅰ were lower than those in Group Ⅱ.Finally,seven excellent seed-used pumpkin germplasm resources were screened out.
