Design and Application of an Intelligent Health Management System for Refining and Chemical Construction Enterprises
分析了炼化施工企业员工健康管理面临的挑战,针对智能健康检测技术发展趋势,通过综合运用物联网、大数据分析及人工智能等先进技术,提出了基于人工智能技术的企业员工健康管理系统设计与应用构想.阐述了健康管理系统的员工健康数据采集、数据分析,应用服务和系统平台各模块的功能.通过以上功能模块,实现对企业员工健康状态的实时监测、风险预警、健康档案管理、心理压力疏导、健康知识学习,个性化干预方案的生成.该系统能够实现对员工健康的全面监测、精准分析和科学管理,从而有效降低疾病、职业病发病率,提高工作效率,增强企业的社会责任感.
By analyzing the challenges faced by employees' health management in refining and chemical construction enterprises,and in response to the development trend of intelligent health detection technologies,this paper proposes the design and application concept of an enterprise employees' health management system based on artificial intelligence(AI)technology,through the comprehensive application of advanced technolo-gies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),big data analysis,and artificial intelligence.It expounds on the func-tions of each module of the health management system,including employee health data collection,data analy-sis,application services,and system platform.Through the above functional modules,real-time monitoring of employees' health status,risk early warning,health record management,psychological stress counseling,health knowledge learning,and generation of personalized intervention plans can be realized.This system can achieve comprehensive monitoring,accurate analysis,and scientific management of employees' health,thereby effec-tively reducing the incidence of diseases and occupational diseases,improving work efficiency,enhancing the enterprise's social responsibility,and bringing higher productivity and social responsibility to the enterprise.
