烟气氨法脱硫装置影响硫酸铵结晶的因素分析研究OA
Research on the Factors Affecting Ammonium Sulphate Crystallization in Flue Gas Ammonia Desulfurization Equipment
燃煤锅炉烟气氨法脱硫技术成熟,应用广泛,但容易出现脱硫塔内硫酸铵结晶效果差的问题,导致硫酸铵离心分离困难,造成氨法脱硫系统停运,影响整套锅炉系统的正常稳定运行.针对此问题,结合某企业多套氨法脱硫装置实际生产运行情况,从影响硫酸铵结晶的多个方面进行深入分析.结果表明,脱硫塔塔径小、循环泵流量设计裕量小、二级循环泵转速低、氧化风量小等设计因素,以及浆液品质不过关等外在因素均会影响硫酸铵结晶;运行工况不优化,排烟温度高和排烟颗粒物浓度低会导致结晶不畅.本研究可为氨法脱硫装置运行过程中硫酸铵结晶控制提供管理依据,并提出可行性解决方案.
The ammonia desulfurization technology for flue gas from coal-fired boilers is mature and widely applied.However,it is prone to the problem of poor crystallization effect of ammonium sulfate in the desulfu-rization tower,which leads to difficulties in the centrifugal separation of ammonium sulfate,causing the ammo-nia desulfurization system to shut down and affecting the normal and stable operation of the entire boiler system.To address this issue,an in-depth analysis was conducted on multiple factors affecting ammonium sulfate crystal-lization,based on the actual production operation of several ammonia-based desulfurization units at a specific plant.The results showed that design factors such as a small desulfurization tower diameter,the small design margin of the circulating pump flow,the low rotational speed of the secondary circulating pump,and the small oxidation air volume,as well as external factors such as the substandard slurry quality,will all affect the crystal-lization of ammonium sulfate.If the operating conditions were not optimized,high flue gas temperature and low concentration of flue gas particulate matter will lead to poor crystallization.This study can provide a basis for controlling ammonium sulfate crystallization during the operation of ammonia desulfurization and propose feasible solutions.
