"Full-Cycle,Dual-Track Integration"Education Model Cultivates Innovative Talent in the Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases Through Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine
随着社会老龄化加剧,慢性病已成为全球公共卫生重大挑战.我国慢性病发病率呈上升趋势,疾病负担沉重,中西医结合防治模式凭借整体评估与精准干预的双重优势,展现出显著潜力.然而,现有教育体系存在中西医课程整合不足、实践教学薄弱、复合型人才短缺等瓶颈,难以满足慢病管理需求.本文通过分析国际医学教育经验,借鉴胜任力导向的能力框架和置信职业行为评价体系,强调跨学科整合与实践能力培养,提出"全周期—双轨融合"教育模型:加强中西医结合教学理论体系建设,注重中西医结合思维的培养,构建理论双轨融合体系;加强慢性病管理全疾病周期中西医协同诊疗能力培训;优化中西医结合临床能力考核评价体系;加强重大慢病防治师资队伍建设,打造双轨融合精品教材;优化人才培养方案,不同梯度人才全周期一体化培养,多措并举,提升医学生在慢病管理中的跨学科整合能力.
With the intensification of population aging,chronic diseases have become a major global public health challenge.In China,the rising incidence of chronic diseases has imposed a substantial health burden.The integrated Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment model demonstrates significant potential,leveraging the dual advantages of holistic assessment and precise intervention.However,the existing education system faces bottlenecks such as insufficient integration of Chinese and Western medicine curricula,weak practical teaching,and a shortage of interdisciplinary talent,making it difficult to meet the demands of chronic disease management.This paper analyzes international medical education experiences,draws on competency-based frameworks and entrustable professional activities(EPAs)evaluation systems,emphasizes interdisciplinary integration and practical ability training,and proposes a"whole-cycle dual-track integration"education model.The model focuses on strengthening the theoretical system of integrated Chinese and Western medicine teaching,cultivating integrated Chinese and Western medicine thinking,and constructing a dual-track theoretical integration system.It also enhances training in collaborative diagnosis and treatment across the entire chronic disease management cycle,optimizes the clinical competency assessment system for integrated Chinese and Western medicine,strengthens faculty development for major chronic disease prevention and control,and creates high-quality dual-track integration teaching materials.Additionally,it optimizes talent training programs,implements whole-cycle integrated training for professionals at different levels,and takes multiple measures to enhance medical students' interdisciplinary integration capabilities in chronic disease management.
