中国西门塔尔牛血液生理生化指标分析OA

Analysis of hematological and biochemical parameters in Chinese simental cattle

该试验对 40头 18 月龄对云南的中国西门塔尔牛(公母各半)21 项血液生理指标和 16 项血液生化指标进行了测定.结果表明,生理指标方面,雄性中国西门塔尔牛红细胞数目、血红蛋白和红细胞压积极显著高于雌性(P<0.01);雌性中国西门塔尔牛嗜酸性粒细胞数目显著高于雄性(P<0.05);白细胞数目等17项指标在雌雄中国西门塔尔牛间差异不显著(P>0.05).生化指标方面,雄性中国西门塔尔牛肌酐和白球比极显著高于雌性(P<0.01);雌性中国西门塔尔牛尿素/肌酐极显著高于雄性(P<0.01);雄性中国西门塔尔牛谷丙转氨酶和钙显著高于雌性(P<0.05);雌性中国西门塔尔牛总蛋白和球蛋白显著高于雄性(P<0.05);尿素等 9项指标在雌雄中国西门塔尔牛间差异不显著(P>0.05).与其他 8 个品种的牛相比,生理指标方面,雌性中国西门塔尔牛嗜酸性粒细胞数目多;雄性中国西门塔尔牛的红细胞数目多;雌雄中国西门塔尔牛的血红蛋白、红细胞压积均高,表明其结合、贮存、运输以及释放氧气的能力较强.生化指标方面,中国西门塔尔牛葡萄糖、谷草转氨酶、肌酐和球蛋白含量较高,雄性中国西门塔尔牛的白球比较高.综上说明,中国西门塔尔牛表现出较强的氧运输能力和免疫特性.

This study utilized fully automated hematology and biochemical analyzers to measure and analyze 21 hematological in-dices and 16 biochemical indices in 40 eighteen-month-old Chinese simental cattle(20 males and 20 females)collected from Yun-nan province.The results showed that compared to female cattle,in hematological parameters,male cattle exhibited very highly sig-nificant elevations in red blood cell count,hemoglobin,and hematocrit(P<0.01),while female cattle displayed a significantly higher eosinophil count(P<0.05).17 other hematological indices,such as white blood cell count etc.,showed no significant sex-based differences(P>0.05)between male and female cattle.Regarding biochemical parameters,male cattle demonstrated very significantly higher levels of creatinine and albumin-to-globulin ratio(P<0.01),while female cattle exhibited a very significantly elevated urea-to-creatinine ratio(P<0.01).Additionally,male cattle showed higher alanine aminotransferase levels and calcium levels(P<0.05),while female cattle had higher total protein and globulin concentrations(P<0.05).9 biochemical indices,such as urea etc.,showed no significant sex-related variations(P>0.05).Compared with eight other cattle breeds,female Chinese simental cattle had the highest eosinophil count,meanwhile male Chinese simental cattle had the highest red blood cell counts.Both male and female Chinese simental cattle had the highest hemoglobin and hematocrit levels,suggesting their advanced oxygen-binding,storage,transport,and release capacities.Biochemically,Chinese simental cattle exhibited the highest glucose,aspartate amino-transferase,creatinine,and globulin levels,whereas male Chinese simental cattle had the highest albumin-to-globulin ratio.In con-clusion,Chinese simental cattle demonstrated strong oxygen transport capacity and immune characteristics.
