Research progress on pig in vitro embryo production technology
猪体外胚胎生产技术在种质资源保存、转基因猪制备及人类疾病模型构建中具有重要意义,该技术包括活体采卵、卵母细胞体外成熟、体外受精、猪胚胎体外培养等环节.目前猪体外胚胎生产系统仍存在多精入卵、卵母细胞核质成熟不同步等问题.该文综述了猪体外胚胎生产技术的核心过程和最新研究成果,重点讨论了多精入卵和卵母细胞核质成熟不同步等问题及其解决办法,以期为猪体外胚胎生产效率提高提供文献参考.
In vitro pig embryo production technology is of great significance in the preservation of germplasm resources,preparation of transgenic pigs,and construction of human disease models.This technology includes live oocyte collection,in vitro maturation of oocytes,in vitro fertilization,and in vitro culture of pig embryos.Currently,there are still issues with polyspermy and asynchronous nuclear-cytoplasmic maturation of oocytes in the in vitro pig embryo production system.This article reviews the core processes and latest research findings of in vitro pig embryo production technology,focusing on discussing problems such as polyspermy and asynchronous nuclear-cytoplasmic maturation of oocytes and their solutions,in order to provide a literature reference for improving the efficiency of in vitro pig embryo production.
