硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(Stearoyl-CoA desaturase,SCD)是脂肪酸去饱和酶家族成员,该文深入探究了SCD基因在动物生理过程中的作用,以期为理解脂肪酸合成调节机制以及优质的新品种的选育作参考.通过对已有的文献梳理与分析,从SCD基因的基本功能和结构以及在不同动物中的亚型类别,系统介绍了该基因在牛、羊、猪等动物上的研究进展.明确了SCD是一种编码脂肪酸生物合成的限速酶,参与细胞新陈代谢中单不饱和脂肪酸的合成过程,对动物脂肪酸以及乳脂合成、肌内脂肪沉积、生殖生理起到重要作用.确定了该基因在动物脂肪代谢及生理功能调控中占据重要地位,其不同亚型及在不同动物中的作用存在特异性,相关研究为后续深入探索奠定基础.
Stearoyl-CoA desaturase(SCD)is a member of the fatty acid desaturase family.This article aims to explore the role of the SCD gene in animal physiological processes,with the purpose of providing reference for understanding the regulatory mechanisms of fatty acid synthesis and the breeding of high-quality new varieties.Through a review and analysis of existing literature,the basic functions and structure of the SCD gene and the subtypes in different animals are summarized,systematically introducing research progress on this gene in animals such as cattle,sheep,and pigs.It has been clarified that SCD is a rate-limiting enzyme encoding fatty acid biosynthesis,participating in the synthesis of monounsaturated fatty acids in cellular metabolism,and plays an important role in animal fatty acids,milk fat synthesis,intramuscular fat deposition,and reproductive physiology.The gene is confirmed to hold a significant position in the regulation of animal fat metabolism and physiological functions,with its different subtypes showing specificity in different animals.Relevant research lays a foundation for further in-depth investigation.
