现代目诊理论是以传统中医目诊为基础,借助现代诊疗设备对眼内组织进行细微观察,发现其中蕴含的大量疾病诊断信息,并在此基础上形成的新型目诊理论.眼部体征为辨证的重要基础,证素为辨证的核心与关键.本文综合诸多医家对眼底辨证的不同见解,从眼底病理组织与病位证素、眼底体征与病性证素两方面分析眼底病理改变与中医证素的相关性,总结出视盘属肝、视网膜属肝肾肺、视网膜血管属心、黄斑属脾、脉络膜属心肾,水肿多湿和瘀、渗出多痰湿、充血和出血多虚热瘀、萎缩和变性多虚、增生多瘀多痰等观点,以期为眼底辨证的精准化发展提供理论依据,为中医目诊客观化研究提供参考.

Based on TCM eye diagnosis and with the help of modern diagnosis and treatment equipment,a large amount of disease diagnosis information is found in the microscopic observation of intraocular tissues,and a new type of eye diagnosis theory,which is the modern eye diagnosis theory.Eye signs are the important basis of syndrome differentiation,and syndrome elements are the core and key of syndrome differentiation.Based on the different opinions of many doctors on fundus syndrome differentiation,this article analyzed the correlation between fundus pathological changes and TCM syndrome elements from two aspects:fundus pathological tissue and disease location syndrome elements,fundus signs and disease syndrome elements.It is proposed that the optic disc belongs to the liver,the retina belongs to the liver,kidney and lung,the retinal blood vessels belong to the heart,the macula belongs to the spleen,and the choroid belongs to the heart and kidney.Edema is with more dampness and stasis,exudation with more phlegm dampness,congestion and hemorrhage with more deficiency and heat stasis,atrophy and degeneration with more deficiency,hyperplasia with more stasis and phlegm,etc.,in order to provide theoretical basis for the precise development of fundus syndrome differentiation and promote the objectification of research on TCM eye diagnosis.
