犊牛腹泻的常见病因及中兽药防治研究进展OA

犊牛腹泻导致犊牛生长性能下降、免疫力降低甚至死亡,部分人畜共患病原还威胁公共卫生安全,严重影响养殖效益.该病病因包括感染性因素与非感染性因素,前者包括细菌、病毒、寄生虫等,后者涉及自身免疫力低下、环境应激、营养失衡等,不同病因引发的临床症状存在差异.中兽药复方具备多靶点协同作用,广泛应用于犊牛腹泻的防治.研究表明,在饲料中分别添加蒲公英提取物、甘草提取物、生姜提取物、紫苏子提取物以及多种中药多糖均可降低养殖场犊牛腹泻的发病率.中兽药复方可通过调节免疫功能、修复肠道黏膜屏障、调控肠道微生态平衡等多种途径改善犊牛腹泻.未来,在中兽药研制方面可聚焦中兽医辨证论治和整体疗效研究,优化剂型并提高使用便捷性,贯彻防重于治的原则,加强饲养管理,以提高犊牛腹泻的综合防控效果.

Calf diarrhea lead to reduced growth performance,weakened immunity,and even death in calves.Some zoonotic pathogens also threatened public health,severely impacting farming profitability.Causes included infectious and non-infectious factors.Infectious agents encompass bacteria,viruses,and parasites,while non-infectious factors involve low immunity,environmental stress,and nutritional imbalance.Clinical symptoms vary depending on the underlying cause.Compound Chinese veterinary medicines,with their multi-target synergistic effects,had become the preferred choice for preventing and treating calf diarrhea.Studies indicated that adding Tavaxaci Herba extract,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma extract,ginger extract,Perillae Fructus extract,and various Chinese herbal polysaccharides to feed could reduce the incidence of calf diarrhea on farms.These compound veterinary herbal medicines improved calf diarrhea by regulating immune function,repairing the intestinal mucosal barrier,and modulating gut microbiota balance.Future research should focus on pattern differentiation and holistic efficacy studies in veterinary traditional Chinese medicine,optimize formulations for greater convenience,and prioritize prevention over treatment by enhancing husbandry management to improve control outcomes.
