基于数据挖掘探究中医治疗肾虚型先兆流产用药规律OA
Exploration on the Medication Law in TCM Treatment of Threatened Abortion with Kidney Deficiency Type Based on Data Mining
目的 采用数据挖掘技术探究中药治疗先兆流产用药规律,为实践诊疗提供理论依据.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)2000年1月1日-2024年9月16日收录的中医治疗肾虚型先兆流产研究文献,利用Excel2016软件建立数据库,借助古今医案云平台2.3.9及SPSS Statistics 26.0、Cytoscape3.10、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行药物频次、性味归经统计及复杂网络、系统聚类、关联规则分析.结果 共纳入文献212篇,包含处方219首、中药93味.中药药性多为平、微温,药味多为甘、苦,主要归肝经、肾经、脾经.核心药物为桑寄生、续断、菟丝子、阿胶、白术、白芍、甘草,核心药物组合为续断→菟丝子、菟丝子→续断、桑寄生→续断、桑寄生→菟丝子,系统聚类发现5个新处方.结论 肾虚型先兆流产以补肾健脾、益精安胎为基本治法,以寿胎丸为基础方,辅以理气、清热、止血,善用补气药和补阳药,重视调和肝、脾、肾,为中医药治疗肾虚型先兆流产提供用药思路和参考依据.
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM in the treatment of threatened abortion using data mining technology;To provide theoretical basis for practical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Research literature about TCM in the treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from January 1,2000 to September 16,2024.The database was established by Excel 2016 software,and the drug frequency,property,taste and meridian statistics,complex network,system clustering and association rules were analyzed by using the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.9 and SPSS Statistics 26.0,Cytoscape 3.10 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results A total of 212 articles were included,involving 219 prescriptions and 93 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The properties were mainly neutral and slight warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet and bitter,mainly belonging to the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.The core drugs were Taxilli Herba,Dipsaci Radix,Cuscutae Semen,Asini Corii Colla,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The core drug combinations were Dipsaci Radix→Semen,Semen→Dipsaci Radix,Taxilli Herba→Dipsaci Radix,Taxilli Herba→Semen.Five new prescription combinations were obtained by systematic clustering analysis.Conclusion The basic treatment method of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type is mainly based on tonifying kidney and spleen,nourishing essence and preventing miscarriage,based on Shoutai Pill,supplemented by regulating qi,clearing heat and hemostasis,making good use of qi invigorating drugs and yang invigorating drugs,and paying attention to the coordination of liver,spleen and kidney,which can provide medication ideas and reference basis for TCM treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency type.
