智能制造背景下产业工人终身技能培训体系优化研究OA

Research on Optimizing the Lifelong Skills Training System for Industrial Workers under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

智能制造通过数字化、网络化、智能化的融合,重塑了制造业的生产方式,对产业工人技能提出了更高要求.产业工人技能水平直接影响智能化转型的成效,优化终身技能培训体系已成为推动制造业高质量发展的关键.当前,我国培训体系在院校课程更新、企业培训投入激励、智能岗位评价标准、跨岗位培育机制等方面仍存在不足.基于系统理论,对培训体系的知识衔接、技能传承和综合能力培育规律进行分析,并结合国内领军企业的实践经验,提出培训体系优化应从培养内容、投入激励、评价标准和协同机制四个维度入手,通过动态更新课程、实施差异化激励政策、完善岗位评价标准、构建多方协同机制,推动产业工人终身技能培训体系的优化,为制造业高质量发展提供有力的人才支撑.

By integrating digitalization,networking and intelligence,intelligent manufacturing is reshaping production paradigms and raising the bar for industrial workers'competencies.The skill level of these workers directly determines the success of intelligent transformation,making the optimization of a lifelong skills-training system a prerequisite for high-quality manufacturing development.At present,China's training system still has deficiencies in aspects such as curriculum updates in colleges and universities,incentives for corporate investment in training,evaluation criteria for intelligent positions,and cross-position cultivation mechanisms.Grounded in systems theory,this paper analyses the internal logic of knowledge continuity,skill inheritance and comprehensive ability development,and draws on leading domestic enterprises'practices.Optimization should attack four intertwined dimensions including training contents,investment incentives,evaluation criteria and synergy mechanisms,through dynamic curriculum updating,differentiated incentive policies,refined job-evaluation standards and a multi-stakeholder collaborative framework,thereby upgrading the lifelong skills training system for industrial workers and supplying strong talent support for high-quality manufacturing.
