高职院校学科专业一体化建设的基本逻辑、现实困境与破解路径OA

在职业本科教育得到稳步扩大发展的背景下,高职院校学科专业建设却长期存在"重专业、轻学科"的倾向,导致二者协同发展动力不足.基于此,高职院校学科专业一体化建设需确立"教学科研创新团队支撑产教融合、产教融合平台提升学科优势、学科优势重构专业影响力"的理念,构建"团队—平台—学科—专业"的互动框架.当前,高职院校学科专业一体化建设存在教学科研创新团队支撑效能不足与产教融合浅层化,产教融合平台建设虚化与学科转化效能失衡,学科优势内生根基薄弱与专业影响力赋能机制缺失等困境.对此,以湖州职业技术学院为实践样本,提出建设教学科研创新团队,夯实产教融合基础;打造高能级产教融合平台,加速学科优势孕育;发挥学科优势引领作用,提升专业核心竞争力;营造协同发展生态,筑牢一体化建设根基等系列破解路径.

Against the backdrop of steady expansion and development of vocational undergraduate education,higher vocational colleges have long held a tendency of"prioritizing majors over disciplines"in the construction of disciplines and majors,resulting in insufficient motivation for their coordinated development.Accordingly,the integrated construction of disciplines and majors in higher vocational colleges should establish the concept of"teaching,research and innovation teams supporting the industry-education integration,industry-education integration platforms enhancing disciplinary advantages,and disciplinary advantages reconstructing influence of majors",and build an interactive framework of"team-platform-discipline-major".At present,the integrated construction faces dilemmas such as insufficient supporting efficiency of teaching,research and innovation teams coupled with superficial industry-education integration,hollowed-out construction of industry-education integration platforms and unbalanced disciplinary transformation efficiency,weak endogenous foundation of disciplinary advantages and lack of empowerment mechanisms for influence of majors.Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as a practical sample,this paper puts forward a series of solution paths,including building teaching,research and innovation teams to consolidate the foundation of industry-education integration,constructing high-level industry-education integration platforms to accelerate the cultivation of disciplinary advantages,giving play to the leading role of disciplinary advantages to enhance the core competitiveness of majors,and fostering a coordinated development ecosystem to consolidate the foundation of integrated construction.
