乡村全面振兴对职业教育如何深化产教融合、推动优质教育资源下沉县域等方面提出了新要求.通过梳理职业教育助推农村农业发展的历史脉络,分析深化产教融合助推乡村全面振兴的理论基础,揭示当前涉农产教融合存在的教育供给与产业需求的错位、标准化现代技术与特殊性乡村场景的矛盾、短期逐利与乡村可持续发展的冲突、工业技术体系与乡土知识工艺的割裂的四重困境.围绕深化产教融合阐明实现"人才链—技术链—利益链—文化链"四链耦合的必要性,从需求锚定、资源适配、价值共创、能力共建、制度创新五个方面探索五维协同的实践路径,为高职院校助推乡村全面振兴提供支撑.

Comprehensive rural revitalization has raised new requirements for vocational education,such as deepening the industry-education integration and promoting the sinking of high-quality educational resources to county-level regions.By sorting out the historical context of vocational education boosting rural and agricultural development,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for deepening industry-education integration to advance comprehensive rural revitalization,and reveals four major dilemmas existing in the current agriculture-related industry-education integration:the mismatch between educational supply and industrial demand,the contradiction between standardized modern technologies and the particularity of rural scenarios,the conflict between short-term profit-seeking and rural sustainable development,and the separation between industrial technology systems and local knowledge and craftsmanship.It clarifies the necessity of realizing the coupling of the"talent chain-technology chain-interest chain-cultural chain"through deepening industry-education integration.Furthermore,the paper explores a five-dimensional collaborative practical pathways from five aspects:demand anchoring,resource adaptation,value co-creation,capacity co-construction,and institutional innovation,so as to provide support for higher vocational colleges in promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.
