教育强国背景下产教融合职业教育体系的科学内涵、历史逻辑与实践进路OA
Scientific Connotation,Historical Logic and Practical Approach of the Vocational Education System of Industry-education Integration under the Background of Building a Powerful Education Country
构建产教融合职业教育体系是建设教育强国的基本要求,为此必须明确产教融合职业教育体系是不可拆解的整体概念,其实践目标是教育强国,最终指向为体系建设.改革开放以来,我国产教融合职业教育体系经历了制度重建期(1978-1990年)、市场适应期(1991-2005年)、体系完善期(2006-2013年)、深度融合期(2014-2019年)、战略升级期(2020年至今).面向未来,产教融合职业教育体系的实践进路应遵循"制度创新—生态重构—能力革命—评价牵引"四位一体的逻辑框架,实现职业教育从工具理性向价值理性的范式跃迁.
Constructing the vocational education system of industry-education integration is the basic requirement of building a powerful education country.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify that the vocational education system of industry-education integration is an integral concept that cannot be disassembled,the practical goal is to build a powerful education country,and the ultimate direction is system construction.Since the reform and opening-up,the vocational education system of industry-education integration has experienced the period of system reconstruction(1978-1990),market adaptation(1991-2005),system improvement(2006-2013),deep integration(2014-2019),and strategic upgrading(2020 to present).In the future,the practical approach of the industry-education integration vocational education system should follow the four-in-one logical framework of"institutional innovation-ecological reconstruction-ability revolution-evaluation traction",and realize the paradigm transition of vocational education from instrumental rationality to value rationality.
