赵文霞教授应用膈下逐瘀汤联合缩脾膏治疗肝硬化脾大的经验探析OA
Exploration of professor Zhao Wenxia's experience in treating cirrhotic splenomegaly with infradiaphragmatic stasis-expelling decoction and"Suopi"plaster
肝硬化脾大是肝硬化常见的并发症之一,临床治疗相对棘手.赵文霞教授在40 多年的临床工作中对该病的诊治积累了丰富的诊疗经验.本文就赵文霞教授对肝硬化脾大的临证经验、外治法缩脾膏的制备方法进行总结,并应用膈下逐瘀汤联合缩脾膏验案举偶,以期为中医药诊治肝硬化脾大提供新的思路和方法.
Cirrhosis and splenomegaly are common complications of liver cirrhosis,and clinical treatment is relatively difficult.Professor Zhao Wenxia has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in more than 40 years of clinical work.This article summarizes Professor Zhao Wenxia's clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis and splenomegaly,the preparation method of the external treatment"Suopi plaster",and the case studies of using the infradiaphragmatic stasis-expelling decoction and"Suopi plaster".We aim to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis and splenomegaly in traditional Chinese medicine.
