盆底康复训练联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果OA
The Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training Combined with Electrical Stimulation in Treating Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
目的:观察在产后盆底功能障碍患者中实施以盆底康复训练联合电刺激治疗的效果.方法:选取 2024 年 1 月—2025年 1 月莆田市第一医院收治的 68 例产后盆底功能障碍患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组实施单一盆底康复训练,治疗组实施盆底康复训练联合电刺激治疗,就其相关指标(盆底肌力水平、治疗总满意率、治疗前后的盆底肌最大电压值、平均电压值与治疗前后的性生活质量评分指标、治疗前后性功能指标水平)进行比较与分析.结果:在盆底肌力水平、治疗总满意率方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在治疗前的盆底肌最大电压值、平均电压值、性生活质量评分、性功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而实施治疗措施后,治疗组上述指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用盆底康复训练联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍患者,可提高患者的盆底肌力水平和治疗总满意率,有利于改善患者的盆底肌功能、性生活质量水平以及性功能,并获得患者的满意.
Objective:To observe the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation treatment in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Method:68 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group received single pelvic floor rehabilitation training,while the treatment group received pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation treatment.The relevant indicators(pelvic floor muscle strength level,total satisfaction rate of treatment,maximum and average voltage values of pelvic floor muscles before and after treatment,quality of sexual life score indicators before and after treatment,and levels of sexual function indicators before and after treatment)were compared and analyzed.Result:In terms of pelvic floor muscle strength level and total satisfaction rate of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the maximum voltage value of the pelvic floor muscles,the average voltage value,the score of sexual life quality,and the levels of sexual function indicators(P>0.05).After the implementation of the treatment measures,the above indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients with pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength level and the total satisfaction rate of treatment of patients,which is conducive to improving the pelvic floor muscle function,sexual life quality level and sexual function of patients,and achieving the satisfaction of patients.
