中药保留灌肠配合艾灸对慢性盆腔炎患者护理中的影响OA
The Effect of Using Chinese Medicine Retention Enema Combined with Moxibustion on Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
目的:探究慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者护理中应用中药保留灌肠配合艾灸对患者的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 7 月—2024年 8 月荆州市中医医院收治的 88 例CPID患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组(采取西医常规治疗和护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上采取中药保留灌肠配合艾灸).每组各 44 例.比较两组的干预效果.结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状、中医证候积分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:CPID患者护理中采用中药保留灌肠配合艾灸能够获取理想效果,可有效减轻临床症状,提高治疗效果的同时,不会增加不良反应,安全性较高.
Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion on the nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Method:A total of 88 patients with CPID admitted to Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group(treated with conventional Western medicine treatment and care)and an observation group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group)according to the random lottery method,with 44 cases in each group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The effect rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptomatology and TCM syndrome scores in observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of CPID patients,the use of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with moxibustion can achieve ideal results.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,without increasing adverse reactions,and has a relatively high safety level.
