为探究不同覆盖措施对寒地苹果园土壤微生物群落组成、相对丰度及多样性的影响,以寒地'龙丰'苹果园为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术,以清耕为对照,研究4种覆盖(稻草、玉米秸秆、食用菌菌渣和园艺地布)下土壤细菌和真菌的群落结构、物种差异及多样性.结果表明,园艺地布覆盖显著提高了细菌放线菌门以及真菌担子菌门相对丰度;秸秆和菌渣覆盖提高了细菌变形菌门、拟杆菌门和粘菌门以及真菌子囊菌门的相对丰度,显著降低细菌芽单胞菌门以及真菌担子菌门和被孢霉门相对丰度.Beta多样性分析表明,秸秆和菌渣覆盖下土壤细菌和真菌群落结构更相似,与对照存在明显差异.Alpha多样性分析表明,菌渣覆盖下土壤细菌和真菌丰富度以及多样性指数较对照均显著提高,园艺地布覆盖显著提高了土壤细菌丰富度指数;土壤真菌多样性指数在不同覆盖处理下均显著提高,有机物覆盖显著提高土壤真菌丰富度指数.综上可知,覆盖措施显著影响了寒地苹果园土壤微生物群落结构,并不同程度提高了土壤微生物多样性,其中菌渣覆盖的效果最好.研究结果为寒地苹果园覆盖栽培技术的研究提供了理论依据.

In order to study the effects of different mulching on soil microbial community structure,relative abundance and diversity in apple orchard of cold region,taking the'Longfeng'apple orchard in the cold region as the research abject,the effects analysis of soil bacterial and fungal community structure and diversity under 4 different mulching measures(rice straw,corn straw,edible fungi residue and horticultural fabric)were carried out by using high-throughput sequencing technology,with clear tillage as the control.The results showed that the relative abundance of bacterial Actinobacteriota and fungal Basidiomycota were significantly increased by the treatment of horticultural fabric.The relative abundance of bacterial Proteobacteria,Bacteroidota,Myxomycoccota and fungal Ascomycota were significantly increased by the treatments of corn straw and edible fungi residue.The relative abundance of Gemmatimonadota of bacterial phyla and Basidiomycota,Mortierellomycota of fungi phylum were significantly reduced by the treatments of corn straw and edible fungi residue.The results of Beta diversity analysis showed that the community structure of soil bacteria and fungi was more similar between the treatments of corn straw and edible fungi residue,with significant differences compared to the control.Alpha diversity analysis indicated that the richness and diversity of soil bacterial and fungal communities were significantly improved under edible fungi residue mulching,while the richness of soil bacterial communities significantly improved under horticultural fabric mulching.Four mulching treatments significantly increased the diversity index of soil fungal,while organic mulching treatments significantly increased soil fungal richness.Overall,mulching significantly affected the soil microbial community structure of apple orchards in cold region and inproved diversity of soil microbial.Among them,the best effect of all was edible fungi residue mulching.Above results provided theoretical basis for the research on mulching cultivation techniques in cold region of apple orchards.
