目的:针对某型运输机担架支架系统强度低、适配性差等问题,研制一种满足航空极限载荷要求和适配我军现役通用救护担架的航空机载多人担架支架系统.方法:航空机载多人担架支架系统由杆件、吊挂带、担架锁等组成.其中,杆件包括2根水平横杆、2根侧壁立杆、2根中央立杆和2根斜支撑杆,采用30CrMnSiA航空专用特种钢材制作;吊挂带由吊带、担架挂带、扣袢、挂钩等组成,采用多层涤纶材料编制而成;担架锁由锁定支架和折叠支架组成.采用有限元分析方法进行理论计算,得到杆件危险截面,并进行杆件尺寸优化;搭建专用静强度试验平台,进行担架支架系统的杆件级和系统级静强度试验验证.结果:有限元分析结果显示,该担架支架系统的杆件危险截面为水平横杆的外端区域与中央立杆的中部区域,杆件可设计为截面外轮廓为50 mm×40 mm(长×宽)、厚度为2mm的方形槽钢;静强度试验结果表明,在承受前向(+x)9.0G、侧向(-y)3.5G和向下(-z)4.5G载荷时,该担架支架系统的杆件、折叠支架和锁定支架均未发生结构破坏,可满足静强度要求.结论:该担架支架系统具有结构简单、拆装便捷、质量轻、强度高等特点,可适配我军现役通用救护担架,且可满足飞机平台的安装需求.

Objective To develop an airborne multi-person stretcher support system meeting aviation ultimate load requirements and being compatible with the PLA's current general-purpose medical stretchers,so as to solve the problems of a certain transport aircraft in strength and adaptability.Methods The airborne multi-person stretcher support system was composed of pole components,suspension strap components and locking mechanisms.The pole components included two horizontal crossbars,two sidewall vertical bars,two central vertical bars and two diagonal braces,which were made of 30CrMnSiA aerospace-grade special steel;the suspension strap components consisted of lifting straps,stretcher suspension straps,buckles and hooks,which were woven from multi-layer polyester material;the locking mechanisms comprised locking brackets and folding brackets.Theoretical calculations were performed using finite element analysis to identify critical cross-sections of the pole components and optimize their dimensions;a dedicated static strength testing platform was constructed to conduct component-level and system-level static strength validation tests for the stretcher support system.Results Finite element analysis indicated that the pole components could be designed as square channel steel with an external cross-sectional outline of 50 mm×40 mm(length×width)and a thickness of 2 mm,and the critical cross-sections included the outer regions of the horizontal crossbars and the central regions of the central vertical bars;static strength test showed no structure failures occurred in the pole components,folding brackets and locking brackets when they were subjected to forward(+x)9.0G,lateral(-y)3.5G and downward(-z)4.5G loads,suggesting the components met the static strength requirements.Conclusion The airborne multi-person stretcher support system can be installed on the aircraft platform,which gains advantages in simple structure,easy assembly and disassembly,light weight,high strength and high compatibility with the PLA's current general-purpose medical stretchers.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(1):28-34].
