Industry Demand-oriented Talent Training Plan and Teaching Reform for Standardization Engineering Program
文章针对标准化工程专业在新时代面临的跨学科知识融合、实践技能提升、创新思维培养等人才需求特点,对教育教学过程展开创新探索.通过拓展提升培养目标并完善课程体系,实现理论、实践、项目的培养路径,以及实践化、多维度、模块化的核心课程改进;通过围绕标准化工程工作主线整合多学科教学内容,借助分专业多专题融合增强学生解决标准化实际问题的能力;通过探索产学研用一体化的教学方法,旨在为标准化工程专业教学改革提供参考范例与实践经验.
In response to the characteristics of talent demands faced by the standardization engineering program in the new era-such as the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,enhancement of practical skills,and cultivation of innovative thinking-innovative explorations have been carried out in the educational and teaching process.By expanding and upgrading training objectives and improving the curriculum system,efforts are made to realize a training pathway integrating theory,practice,and projects,as well as to advance core courses toward being more practical,multidimensional,and modular.By integrating multidisciplinary teaching content around the main standardization engineering work and adopting cross-major,multi-topic integration,students' ability to solve practical standardization problems is strengthened.Additionally,through exploring teaching methods based on the integration of industry,university,research,and application,this paper aims to provide reference examples and practical experience for the teaching reform of the standardization engineering program.
