沙门菌脓毒血症及其发病机制研究进展OA
Research progress on Salmonella sepsis and its pathogenesis
沙门菌感染一直是全球公共卫生的难题,其中沙门菌脓毒血症患者病情危重,治疗困难且病死率高.目前,沙门菌脓毒血症的发病机制尚未完全明确,不同血清型菌株毒力及宿主免疫状态是决定沙门菌感染病情严重程度的关键因素.为深入了解沙门菌脓毒血症,本文综述了其发病机制的研究进展,以期协助临床医生及时诊断和准确治疗.
Salmonella infection has always been a global public health problem.Patients with Salmonella sepsis are critically ill,difficult to treat,resulting in high mortality.At present,the pathogenesis of Salmonella sepsis is still unclear,and the virulence of strains with different serotypes and host immune status are key factors determi-ning the severity of Salmonella infection.In order to deeply understand Salmonella sepsis,this article reviews the research progress on its pathogenesis,so as to assist clinical doctors in making timely diagnosis and accurate treat-ment.
