计及直流跨区互联系统频率稳定的多调频资源协调优化研究OA
Research on Coordinated Optimization of Multiple Frequency Regulation Resources Considering Frequency Stability of Inter-regional HVDC Interconnected Systems
特高压直流的广泛应用推动电力系统向区域电网互联的模式转变.随着电力系统中同步发电机逐步被新能源、大规模直流等电力电子设备替代,电力系统面临更高的频率安全风险.充分发挥多种调频资源的支撑能力成为维持频率稳定的有效途径.在区域内,考虑常规机组与新能源机组灵活协调;在区域间,利用直流系统实现多区域调频功率的灵活互济.系统受扰后的频率动态过程受到所有调频资源的影响,为此,该文建立了直流跨区互联系统频率响应模型,该模型计及直流系统、新能源机组、常规机组对系统频率动态的影响,刻画了功率扰动与各区域频率偏差之间的关系.在此基础上,提出了计及频率稳定的多调频资源协调优化模型.为保证频率安全约束的可处理性,提出一种简化-近似-修正的迭代算法,在嵌入优化模型的同时严格保证频率安全.算例结果证明了所提方法的有效性,并体现了直流互联系统多调频资源协调的优势.
The widespread application of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)technology is driving the transition of power systems towards a mode of regional grid interconnection.As synchronous generators in power systems are gradually replaced by power electronic equipment,such as new energy sources and large-scale HVDC systems,the power systems face increased frequency security risks.Fully utilizing the frequency support capabilities of various frequency regulation resources has become an effective approach.Within a region,flexible coordination between conventional units and new energy units should be considered;between regions,utilizing HVDC systems can achieve flexible frequency support.To this end,this paper establishes a frequency response model for an inter-regional HVDC interconnected system.This model considers the impact of HVDC,new energy units,and conventional units on frequency dynamics,and describes the relationship between power disturbances and frequency deviations in different regions.Based on this,a coordinated optimization model for multiple resources considering frequency stability is proposed.To ensure the tractability of frequency security constraints,this paper proposes an iterative algorithm of simplification-approximation-correction,which strictly ensures frequency security while embedding the optimization model.Case study results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and highlight the advantages of coordinating multiple resources in an HVDC interconnected system.
