本文聚焦物联网、人工智能、数字孪生等创新技术在特种设备检测中的应用.物联网实时监测技术通过构建分层式感知网络,实现起重机械运行状态的全方位监测;人工智能算法基于深度学习模型,有效提升大型游乐设施的故障识别能力;数字孪生技术则通过建立高度映射的虚拟模型,达成自动扶梯全生命周期的数字化管理.同时提出技术优化方向,为构建智能化安全监管体系提供理论与实践支撑,对降低事故率、优化运维成本意义显著.
This paper focuses on the application of innovative technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and digital twins in the detection of special equipment.The real-time monitoring technology of the Internet of Things enables comprehensive monitoring of the operating status of lifting machinery by constructing a hierarchical perception network.Artificial intelligence algorithms based on deep learning models effectively enhance the fault recognition capability of large-scale amusement facilities.The digital twin technology achieves digital management of the entire lifecycle of escalators by establishing highly mapped virtual models.The paper also proposes technological optimization directions,and provides theoretical and practical support for building an intelligent safety supervision system,which is of great significance in reducing accident rates and optimizing operation and maintenance costs.
