机动车检测设备计量标准化体系的研究旨在解决机动车检测数据准确性和可靠性的关键问题,确保检测设备量值传递的统一性.以《中华人民共和国计量法》《中华人民共和国标准化法》等法规为依据,结合GB/T 37536-2019等技术规范,构建了涵盖法规依据、技术性能指标和行业应用需求的标准化体系框架.通过三级计量标准结构(国家计量基准、省级计量标准、检验机构工作标准)设计,建立了完整的量值溯源体系,并制定了详细的检定规程与方法,包括静态与动态双重验证机制、不确定度评定及全过程质量控制.结果表明,该体系能够有效保障检测设备的计量性能,满足规模化、智能化的行业需求,为机动车检测数据的准确性和一致性提供了技术支撑.

The research on the metrological standardization system of motor vehicle inspection equipment aims to address the key issues of accuracy and reliability of motor vehicle inspection data,and ensure the uniformity of value transmission of inspection equipment.Based on regulations such as the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China and the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China,combined with technical specifications such as GB/T 37536,the paper establishes a standardization system framework covering regulatory basis,technical performance indicators and industry application requirements.Through the design of a three-level structure of metrological standard(national metrological standards,provincial metrological standards,and working standards for inspection institutions),a complete traceability system for measurement values has been established,and detailed verification regulations and methods have been formulated,including static and dynamic dual verification mechanisms,uncertainty assessment,and full-process quality control.The results show that this system can effectively guarantee the metrological performance of the detection equipment,meet the demands of large-scale and intelligent industries,and provide technical support for the data accuracy and consistency of motor vehicle detection.
