Standards Comparison and Analysis of GB/T 24554 and SAE J2615 for Testing of Automotive Fuel Cell Systems
燃料电池系统作为氢能汽车核心部件,其测试评价工作贯穿于产品的全生命周期.本文总结了现阶段汽车用氢燃料电池系统性能测试项目与测试目的,选取我国标准GB/T 24554-2022《燃料电池发动机性能试验方法》与美国标准SAE J2615-2011《汽车用燃料电池系统的测试性能》开展核心测试项目的对比研究.旨在通过总结国内外标准的共性与差异,帮助我国企业了解重点国家的标准要求、对接国际市场,科学引导产业方向,也为相关标准的制修订工作提供支撑和参考.
The fuel cell system,as the core component of hydrogen energy vehicles,undergoes testing and evaluation throughout the entire product lifecycle.This paper summarizes the current performance test items and purposes for the hydrogen fuel cell system used in automobiles.The paper carries out a comparative study of the core test items in GB/T 24554-2022,Performance test methods for fuel cell system,and SAE J2615-2011,Testing Performance of Fuel Cell Systems for Automotive Applications.By analyzing the commonalities and differences of standards at home and abroad,this paper aims to help Chinese enterprises understand standard requirements of key countries,access global markets,and scientifically guide industry development.It also provides support and reference for the development and revision of relevant standards.
