模拟飞行任务对睡眠剥夺后自主神经功能的影响:一项心率变异性与主观评估研究OA
Effects of simulated flight task on autonomic function after sleep deprivation:a study using heart rate variability and self-report measures
目的 研究脑力疲劳对心率变异性(HRV)的影响及附加适度任务负荷后 HRV 的变化情况.方法 招募受试者 16 名,随机分为单纯睡眠剥夺组和睡眠剥夺+模拟飞行组(简称为模拟飞行组).采用自身对照设计,两组受试者在睡眠剥夺前和24h睡眠剥夺后分别记录 20 min心电信号,其中模拟飞行组采集信号的同时需执行模拟飞行任务.用配对t检验分析两组人员在睡眠剥夺前、后的心率与HRV的差异,采用独立样本t检验分析单纯睡眠剥夺组与模拟飞行组在睡眠剥夺后的心率与HRV的差异.受试者在心电信号采集后均填写疲劳相关主观量表.结果 相较于睡眠剥夺前,单纯睡眠剥夺组与模拟飞行组在睡眠剥夺后心率均显著降低(P<0.05),主观疲劳程度显著升高(P<0.01).HRV 时域与频域相关指标显著升高,LF/HF 显著降低(P<0.05).在睡眠剥夺后,与单纯睡眠剥夺组相比,模拟飞行组心率有升高趋势(P=0.254 5),HRV时域相关指标显著降低(P<0.05),频域相关指标VLF、LF和HF均有降低趋势(P=0.8779,P=0.2170,P=0.1898),而LF/HF显著升高(P<0.05).结论 疲劳状态下心率降低,交感、副交感神经活动均增强,且自主神经活动向副交感优势方向发展.在疲劳状态下给予模拟飞行任务可导致自主神经向交感优势方向转变,提高应激能力,改善自主神经功能紊乱.
Objective To study the influence of mental fatigue on heart rate variability(HRV)and the changes in HRV after the addition of moderate task load.Methods Sixteen subjects were recruited and randomly assigned to a sleep deprivation-only group and a sleep deprivation+simulated flight group(referred to as the simulated flight group for short).A self-controlled design was adopted.The ECG signals were recorded for all subjects both before and 24 h after sleep deprivation.The simulated flight group performed a simulated flight task while collecting the signals.Paired t-tests were used to analyze the differences in heart rate and HRV between the two groups before and after sleep deprivation,while independent sample t-tests were used to analyze the differences in heart rate and HRV between the two groups after sleep deprivation.All subjects completed subjective fatigue scales after the collection of ECG signals.Results Compared to pre-deprivation,both groups showed a significant decrease in heart rate(P<0.05)and a significant increase in subjective fatigue levels after sleep deprivation(P<0.01).HRV time-domain and frequency-domain indices were significantly increased,while the LF/HF ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After sleep deprivation,compared to the sleep deprivation-only group,the simulated flight group showed an increasing trend in heart rate(P=0.254 5),a significant decrease in HRV time-domain indices(P<0.05),a decreasing trend in VLF,LF,and HF frequency-domain indices(P=0.877 9,P=0.217 0,P=0.189 8),and a significant increase in the LF/HF ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion Under fatigue,heart rate decreases,while both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system activities increase,with a shift towards parasympathetic dominance.Administering a simulated flight task under a fatigued state can shift autonomic nervous activity towards sympathetic dominance,enhance stress response capacity,and improve autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
