长效微球载药体系在精神障碍类疾病治疗中的研究进展OA
Research Progress on Long-Acting Microsphere-Based Drug Delivery Sys-tems in the Treatment of Psychiatric Disorders
微球作为治疗精神障碍类疾病的新型载药体系,成为医学界广泛关注的热点.本研究综述了国内外文献对长效微球载药体系治疗及监测精神障碍类疾病(精神分裂症、抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病、双相情感障碍、癫痫等)的研究,提出微球在精神障碍疾病应用中的优势与不足等方面的思考,以期为治疗精神障碍类疾病长效微球载药体系的研发和临床转化提供参考.
Microspheres,as a novel drug delivery system for the treatment of psychiatric disorders,have become a research focus of broad interest in the medical community.This review summarizes domes-tic and international literature on the application of long-acting microsphere-based drug delivery sys-tems for the treatment and monitoring of psychiatric disorders,including schizophrenia,depression,Alzheimer's disease,bipolar affective disorder,and epilepsy.This review also presents considerations regarding the advantages and limitations of microspheres in the application to psychiatric disorders,with the aim of providing a reference for the research and development as well as clinical translation of long-acting microsphere-based drug delivery systems for psychiatric disorders.
